Mr. Olitzky, in conjunction with American Indian Health Management and Policy, has provided management services to Native American tribes in the areas of project research, facility management and service development.

He has provided health administration services to tribes to enhance capacity building. At the present time, Mr. Olitzky is the acting administrator of the Archie Hendricks, Sr., Skilled Nursing Facility for the Tohono O’odham Nursing Care Authority. In addition, he is assisting them in the development of one of the very few tribal based hospice programs.

Mr. Olitzky has had more than 20 years of successful executive and operational level experience in the health care industry. His focus is the design, development and delivery of services to elders.

He provides management oversight and consulting support to numerous health care organizations. His expertise focuses on health care management, the creation of delivery systems and the research and implementation of specific lines of health care business. Mr. Olitzky has conducted a variety of health related research projects as well as operational analysis of complex health care organizations.

He has provided services to tribal governments and agencies, owners, architects and designers related to the development of health care structures and campuses. With the growing elder population utilizing both acute and long term health care, Mr. Olitzky has extensive experience in the design and development of multi level care programs and services for seniors.
